Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 our shipping process has changed. In order to assure that all orders are received in a timely matter, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed and 7-10 days for shipping. We will update our shipping policy regularly with hopes of returning back to our normal shipping times very soon!

Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds.  However, If items are damaged, please notify our customer service immediately. 

In case of a damaged goods please contact our customer care team using the Contact page. Be sure to include your order number and description/photos of damage. Please allow 3-4 business days for responses.  

Please Note: Return shipping for damaged items will be at the cost of the customer.
